I do mostly kettlebell workouts and I do this in group classes three times a week. I would love to say I am always pumped to go at 6 am, but I have a set time and go then. My knees bother me when I do a lot of walking, but for some reason, the kettlebell stuff doesn't and I can get cardio and strength done.
