Sign up for some winter runs. It helps the motivation process for me. Never going to be a great runner (weak lungs and carry too much muscle mass) but still love to compete. -2 was the air temp last year at the Siberian Express.
Holy cow! I don't know how y'all do it in those temps. I'm impressed. They'd have to push my body off the road with a snow plow at about mile one.
