EC IL | if that happened to you on my ground I would be sick about it. Id definitely be footing the bill, insurance or not. IDK. if he's not a farmer maybe he doesn't have any experience to draw from. Maybe he bought it and it had no clue it was there. Hope it works out for both of you.
Are you charging enough to actually be making anything or just treading water with him hoping to rent or buy the place?
I never liked custom work.
