East Central, NE | All I know is if I was the landowner I would feel completely responsible to pay for any damages. I would be quite embarrassed I left a corner post like that sticking out in my field and a guy tore up his machinery because of my negligence. Even if someone else has cleared that area I would feel it was my responsibility to check the area to make sure there weren't any things like that left.
