Who cut the post off?

IDK what the "normal" arrangement is on custom farmed land but you just found a situation that needs addressed in any custom farming agreement. Talk with your insurance agent and see what he/she says. I suppose the land owner could file a claim and you two split the deductible if you don't want it turned in on your insurance. Bad deal for sure. I don't think JD should be on the hook.
