| I remember once that my brother in-law and father in-law cleared some trees on 8-10 acre's. Knowing that it wasn't perfect we agreed to only plant corn there for 2-3 years and not drag anything through there until the stumps had time to rot.
I do remember once hitting a tree stump once on a fence line and spinning the combine around, luckily no damage was done . After getting out to look at any possible damage and what I hit I don't think the stump could of been sawed off any closer to the ground.
I really think in your situation your guy should of turned it in to his insurance to help pony up to the damages. | |
