| Yeah, everyone is different. I don't think there is really a wrong answer. I have a neighbor that was able to run a tractor and baler by himself at age of 8, and his kid started running the tractor with various implements (about anything but the baler) at about age 12. I was 11 when I first started using a tractor under supervision, by 15 I could use the tractor without supervision just fine, and it was by age 20 before I could really run the baler without supervision. Now repairs and maintenance are another story. I am still learning how to do that. I didn't have anyone to teach me the repairs and maintenance so that is something I am still learning to do, and it's difficult when you have no one to teach you. | |
