Yes, this is on a piece that I still rent.
Yes, I can still make something on it.
No, I might not continue to rent a farm that was to high for whatever reason to the point we have no chance of making anything over the long run...maybe for a year or two, but not long term.
I probably made too strong a statement saying this one went up for one reason only...the rental market certainly went up, and that allowed the landlord to successfully demand higher rent when taxes increased.
