sw ontario | I hope LL's look for new tennants if Tenant tries to lower rents as a lot of these guys/gals are the ones that pushed everybody's rent up so why give them a break, put it up for tender and see where the bids come in at.....seen a certain tenant in our area that offers big cash rent and then following year as LL for share crop agreement as he can't make money at agreed rent. I see LL's give in to save face and end up with less money than previous tenant was paying....no shortage of demand for land , greed reins supreme | |
