Southern IL | My Ag mechanics instructor used to farm a field right next to the Mississippi river, he said he had found all sorts of stuff, barrels, washers, buckets, whole trees that had been uprooted, an old car, and once found a decomposing body on the edge of the field. He said he just drove the corn planter around it and called the sheriff that night when he got in. The body was gone at Harvest time....not sure if the authorities got it, or the critters did. A friend of mine had a field down an old oil field road, that was littered with condoms......he always used to joke and say it was a very productive field.
