Sask | A child's balloon with note released by a girl at the Hardin MT middle school, 400 miles away. I mailed it back and got a nice thank you letter.
Somebody went off the back road across the north end of the home place, drove aways down the field and got back up onto the road. I walked the tracks and picked up a modest tool collection.
I was picking up canola for a neighbour, stopped to clean off the header and stepped on a goose-neck crowbar. He'd never seen it, and as this was on his grandfather's homestead quarter, it could have been there for over a century.
Too much little stuff to count, although the threshing machine spiked concave bar was one I found before a tire found it.
