Way too many negatives. Your home will be devalued beyond belief; I bet that alone will be reason for loan denial especially if you owe a penny on it now.

$/space paid is nearly the same as ten yrs ago and buildings are much, much higher-so just because it worked ten years ago has little to do with how it will work for you.

Borrowing one's way to prosperity seldom works. Some day you'll learn that.

Remove the manure and you're working for $2000 a year, not $11,000.

Borrow a half-million, wallow in someone else's pigs, put up $170,000 of your own-assuming you have it, make a single-digit return, devalue your home, and work 7 days a week.

Buy a Bobcat and truck and trailer, borrow nothing (it will take one-third of the $167,000 equity you need to do the hog deal), and make a 100% return. How come no one is advocating this? Because Cargill (or whoever) and the bank aren't making money off of you- YOU'RE making money off you!! So you've got to come up w it on your own.

You can do better than become a hog janitor a half- million in debt
