My barns are 15 years old. I don't have much to add to the above comments except to look at a lot of integrators. Look at their contracts and their reputation. You HAVE to get value out of the manure, that is the profit till they are paid for. My barns take maintenance but there is way more than 50% value in them now. The best thing about some of the above opinions is maybe the pay rates will go up because of lake of interest. You should help somebody else load pigs if you haven't been in a large finisher. Also you need to think about help for unloading and loading.
