| Everyone says that it wont work, however my brother built three building when he got out of college, and he used the profit from them to buy 500 acres in cash (granted that was before the price of land went up) and then used that profit to buy another 500 acres cash. Hes about 35 and has 1,000 acres paid off all from pigs that people told him wouldnt work.
Obviously time wise, different situations but worth looking into.
If I lived in Ohio, I would buy a tree shear and a track hoe and clear land. You guys waste so much land that has grown to timber and junk. People rent 200 acres with 80 of it cropable. Think of the money that could be made. | |
