Keep the land at all costs. They are not making anymore of it. Sell the cows if you have to, but keep the 5 to 10 best cows then just make them the hobby while you get a different job. Then just do the debt free rabbit thing for as long as it takes to get all the cows debt free. Don't dig a hole.
