New Mexico | just go into the bank, mortgage the cows, pay the other off etc..
alot of deals depend on the area, the banker etc..
BEST deal is find an investor that likes cows.
Then maybe even Expand ( double the herd, buy more dirt and leave the bank OUT ) .
Most those suffer from the worst thing there is:
Wanting to work ( run cows ) and not being physically able to.
Generally they're good older guys have plenty of dough, and make good JV cow partners.
Beat the local "bushes" a touch.
You might be suprised what you run into.
