Second, locking in a long term loan on the land with a low interest rate-- keep the cows.
what finally has caught up with us is health insurance. Keep in mind that you have to get profitable enough to handle 1000-1500 a month in just insurance by the time you are 50. So if by 40 you are not doing it, think about a job with benefits real hard.
