sw MN | In your first post you wre desperate for a way to come up with the down payment and get the loan. I may have been harsh but myself and other told you the opitions we saw. Then you flame us for it. I could care less about my neigbors new paint. I could buy some too but I am happy with my paid for paint.
The are just big tools anyway. It comes down to needs and wants of land vs eq. Just remeber you can always buy the eq you want but you get 1 chance in a life time to buy a farm. If you end up without enough land to rent you might be working for the dealer.
