45 miles southeast of KC | Used to be a program through FSA called the guaranteed loan program where you pursue a loan from Farm Credit, for example, and FSA would back the loan to FCS in turn for a much lower down payment. The paperwork with FSA will drive you nuts but also scare away a lot of the people ahead of you on the list.
