Saronville NE | I agree with your renting equipment, but OH GOD thats another no no on NAT, you cant do that you wont gain any equity, you may not but it cashflows, no repair bills, no PP tax, and the rent is 100% deductable on taxs. I did that for several yrs after my 4850 to be able to keep farming, just finally bought our own again 2 yrs ago and so far knock on wood its been troublefree. | |
