| I am also a young farmer and but Try a secondary note on farmer mac .... i am just working on closing on a farm with this financing basically my local bank is servicing the note. Fsa guarantees the note, and it is sold on a secondary market. Very simmilar to how alot of houses are financrd. And it is the best interest rate you can get and terms are very good. It is alot of work but well worth it. | |
