Saronville NE
In places it wil just kinda roll like a wave then in places it will heave so much it will touch the bottom of the bar and bout stop the tractor dead in its spot, when it does that most of the time it will bout leave a hole its so hard. I remember rippin a whole 80 yrs ago pry like 12 yrs ago, had a 5shank on a 7810 mfd, pullin as deep as it would go, it would just stop and kill that tractor dead, you couldnt downshift fast nuff or it would bring the frontend right off the ground, you couldnt lift the ripper outa the ground it was so hard, and if you did the soil just stayed with the ripper it was so hard and just made a hole, that farm was bad, but boy the next spring it was so mellow you couldnt drive across that farm without having the pickup in 4wd, cause you would just sink. That was on a farm we had just bought and had been in hay for yrs. Still grows tremendous crops to this day, hasnt had a ripper on it since that day,
