7018AC vertical up.

Once you clean it up it should be decent looking, and it should hold. 7018 chips extremely easily if you time it right. Catching it at the right temperature makes a huge difference in how hard you work to clean it.

Vertical down isn't a preferred practice in my opinion, and certainly not with 70 series electrodes.
