SE Montana | Just curious if you guys have ever heard of agroculture liquid fertilizers out of wisconsin or michigan, there is a fertilizer dealer in western nd that claims there is 12-13 lbs of Phosp in one gallon of there "Pro Germinator" i think it is 9-24-3. The Product only weighs 12 lbs a gallon this would mean that it is pure phosphorous, not even possible right? Most of our soil tests call for around 25-34 pounds of actual phos needed to fertilize for a 45 bushel winter wheat crop. I don't think this gets you close even. Also anotherquestion about a product from CHS is the mesz dry product MicroEssentials SZ (12-40-0-10S-1Zn) anyone using any of this yet, if so what kind of results. any response would be greatly appreciated i am in my third year farming on my own and am getting sick of hearing all these fertilizer sales pitches. | |
