Does this mean it netted 5-6% agfter all inputs and taxes on income in growing that quarter were paid or it grossed 3 percent of purchase cost.
Im all for investing in land by the way especially when you are farming it yourself. It has to be within reason though and right now i feel prices are unreasonable in my area.
