Southern Missouri | Does land bringing 15 easy here now when it was 13 twelve months ago beat 6 percent ? If it don’t I’m wrong and don’t care , if it does those are the numbers
And by the way gosh dang it , I would of really liked to had a chance to bid on that 80 that brought 15 close to me last week but didn’t , second piece to bring 15 here close in last 3 weeks , would not have brought anywhere near that 12 months ago , I don’t know how to tell it or figure it any other way , don’t ask me why it fits that narrative but sorry ,it does
