Southern Missouri | I don’t know TM , you might be right but I feel like I have pretty good idea on mine from 12 months ago and it absolutely beats the crap outa 6 percent, without even adding my cash rent of farming profit, if I tried to add it they’d just point out something else , cds in the last year investment wise can’t touch good farmland around me
