Yes, you can squeeze a few extra acres out through drainage, irrigation, land clearing, etc. but you cannot roll the land printing machines.

Land is tangible, it gives a return, and it is finite.

A couple of parcels just sold in my area for $11500 per acre, 200bpa flat black land. I think it was a decent deal, and even with $4 (temporary price....seen what gas is doing?) it should have solid value going forward.

Trillions and trillions of printed dollars looking to find a home, and there is no way that the US government can go forward without printing more. That ship sailed.
