Kudos to you for that.
I don't have a clue where land goes from here. My gut feeling is
it softens before it goes up again. Historically it increases in value over time
or at least inflation makes it appear that way.
Current bearish factors are mostly known right now, excluding a black swan.
Land values are normally a lagging indicator to the farm economy.
I expect farm land values to remain supported for a few years into
a commodity recession. Mainly do to pent up demand.
