None of that changes what cash is worth now vs what it was 12 months ago and what land is worth now vs 12 months ago

When you find someone that can accurately predict the future right down to the penny let me know , as far as planning for the future right now as we type ,we’re all free to do what we want , you ,me ,everyone on here , doesn’t change the past


As far as guessing,that’s guessing, for the future currently, I would lean cash right now , but I would have a year ago also , and I can tell you if the right piece of land comes up for sale beside me , I’ll make the same boneheaded move I would have a year ago , I’ll make that prediction also
