Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.

How do they limit? Is it 80% of normal charging rate or do they shut you off when the battery has reached 80% of total capacity? Makes a difference. Throttling to 80% of normal rate would do nothing but exacerbate the long lines. Limiting to 80% of battery capacity would speed things up. I do know that they charge a buck a minute for occupying a stall after you are charged up when the site is busy. There are times I wished that gas stations had similar provisions as it's not unusual to have a pickup and 5th wheel camper occupying 2 or 3 gas/diesel pumps when the pickup is full but no one is around. They're all inside, seemingly uncaring that they're making a nuisance of themselves.
