Keep in mind that 1/3 owner could be a real pain in the rear if he wanted to be so buying him out of his shares could be a blessing at market value.
Controlling shareholders would have the say. All a new shareholder would bring is additional access to funding without any unput. sounds good to me! Current Shareholder with multiple felonies kind of hampers long term capital investments.
