Just keep renting it and get along with your brother. Time changes things. Maybe in a couple years he will want to sell. Maybe not. No sense losing sleep over it. Just be happy he isn’t renting it to the neighbor. But you keep pushing and he just may. It’s his land.

Might as well go to court get the problem fixed now and sell it to the highest bidder. Situation is only going to get worse down the road.
