Because those who have been vaccinated get covid BUT do not get very sick.
There is a quote by a doctor that I saw recently to the effect that 'one thing in common with those in hospital now with Covid is they have not been vaccinated'
Many that test positive for Covid after being vaccinated do not even know they have it as they have no symptoms
