Yet we have reports it is causing trouble. Which leads me to believe we don't know everything there is to know about the vaccine yet. He may explain it like he knows everything, yet these pesky details like people having trouble with vaccination side effects that can not be explained fully. Possibly because we are still conducting safety trials that are not completely finished yet.
