As mentioned, the 120V charger is very slow but it's what I'd keep the car plugged in to if it was going to left un-attended for a couple weeks. The mobile charger that used to come with the cars has a bunch of different pigtails that it can be fitted with. I purchased a 4 terminal 50 Amp and a 3 terminal 50 Amp plug. My welder outlet is a 3 spade, 50 Amp receptacle so that's what I plug into. I get about 30 miles of range for every hour my car is plugged in. Other cars will get more, as they are smaller, lighter, and don't use as much power to go a mile.
