You continue to act like a child, /QUOTE]So again you post insults rather than facts tempered by numbers. Plenty of subjective denials. And not one fact. No numbers.

Fact. All voltages down to zero do no electronics damage. Otherwise posted are the manufacturers specification numbers that define destructive voltages. No numbers posted because those emotional fears do not come from electrical knowledge. Which again explains why you post more personal insults. Only naive adults who are still children do that.

You still refuse to post any numbers for your vague P=IV claims. Numbers, posted for P=IV, demonstrate your glaring mistake.

Low voltages or outages do not damage electronics. Voltage can drop so low that incandescent bulbs dim to 50%. (Only the informed post numbers without insults.) All electronics are required to operate normally and safely even at voltages that low. If voltages drop lower, then electronics simply power off. Without damage. As Tom MacIntyre also demonstrated. He also posts numbers. An indication of honesty. An extraordinary 37 volts for that TV. It also powered off without damage when voltage dropped lower.

We (who design this stuff) do not discuss damage due to low voltages - for electronics. Low voltages are potentially harmful to less robust appliances. An AC utility cuts off power if voltage is too low. To protect less robust motorized appliances. Just another reason why low voltages do not harm electronics.

They also do not constantly post insults.
