Problem is when you go into a health care setting (nursing home, hospital etc) or travel setting, you do have a reasonable expectation that the organization will take steps to keep you from getting a disease or spread your illness to others.
That where requiring vaccination comes in. It’s a known, very effective way to practically eliminate the danger of COVID-19 transmission from patients/passengers to employees or other patients/passengers.
That is pretty humorous when articles like this come out:

So, odds of encountering a covid-positive person, that has been vaccinated, looks to be about 1 in 600.
The point of requiring _this_ vaccination is what again?
