It is easy to mount one. They actually make masks with the GoPro mounting bracket built right in. I carry one with me but rarely take videos any more. If I run across something really unusual or outstanding I will. My wife is the photographer in the family but she focuses on macro stuff for the most part. She almost never takes videos. There is so much professional stuff on line that is just outstanding that amateur stuff like I would do just does not do it justice. If you want to see some of the great stuff we see in Bonaire just google Ellen Mueller Bonaire photos. She is a local that dives almost every day right out her front porch (in the same area almost all the time) and has some unbelievable stills along with some good video's. My wife also does some really good macro stuff that she posts on her facebook page. For me a camera or video is just a distraction while I am diving. If I get a camera in my hand my "hunter" instinct kicks in and I feel like I am on a hunt. I just like to relax and enjoy. I point stuff out for my wife to shoot. John |
