Starting with very little in assets, building wasn't a consideration. Most money went into the business. Started house remodel with insulation, windows. supporting weak spots then a room at a time when money and time became available. Kitchen was a big priority which led to wiring upgrade. Still at it adding a covered deck and total living room overhaul last 3 years. We're very content with our now 180 year old house. Here that 180 year old house would have a crumbling foundation, leaking limestone walled basement and excessive Radon levels. Yours may be different. |
