central Ia | That's what I hear from anybody that remodels, wished they would have torn down and built new. Now my dad he remodeled but then he had a lot of cheap labor to work with and I learned how to tear out plaster and lath( pull the nails out of the lath cause you never know when your gonna need some lath) and leaned how to put up sheet rock. When we remodeled the bath room the wife couldn't understand why I kept all the lath but that summer a lot of my lath disappeared out of the hog house and it was found in her flower garden:) | |
