Nw Iowa | Agree , 80$ a sq ft home building not reality for a long time. One thing I have learned is that you think you can build it cheaper than anybody else is you can’t. You might if you value your labor very cheaply or at zero. I see people doing that bragging about how cheap they built something but don’t value their time or opportunity cost missing something else that could make money. Not saying that’s bad but be honest with your self. | |
