Northwest Iowa | Hats off to John as I have been working toward low/no carbs for about a month. I've lost a lot of my "gut". Not sure on weight as I don't like to see the numbers. Pants fit looser and shirts, too. Try to fast at least 12 hours a day. I don't need a nap during the day any more. I was having some trouble with an urgency and frequency for bowel movements. After dropping carbs from the diet, that has stopped. Do I have celiac? Always enjoyed John's comments on market talk ending with "This will not end well." Keep up the posting. | |
