John , thank you and others so much.....My experience was I felt better, lost some weight having bacon,eggs,pita bread for breakfast & now I am back for some reason having waffles instead...about 20 lbs. overweight with the "gut".....interesting thing about corn,carrots,beans I thought they were good for you like vegetables-going to try & implement your ideas-thanks
