 Anderson County Kansas | Yes you can ours is set up the same way, actually almost exactly the same. We even stipulated it had to be sold on a contract for deed, the term and the interest rate based off of prime. We also have the low end of cash rent for our area if they want to rent it instead of buy, or the owner doesn't want to sell based of Kstate rent values for our district.
