Just because you want too farm or take over family operation does not mean it will happen or should happen......If "dad" wants full value I am sure there is more too the story......Son who is 40 better look for a career/job....
Yes always more to the story.The dad might need a way out of a serious debt load. Some guys can run a beautiful operation and put on a show the whole time but end up being an old man in debt that needs to sell everything they ever worked for to get level with the bank. Seen first hand and heard it happening in my neighborhood just recently. I definately don't wanna be that guy when im old!!! |
