Unless you have a contract I would say your dad did a great job building wealth for himself the last 22 years.
We have know I dea what you have been paid or what you have been doing. Your dad wants to come out on top. And well he would really like you to pay for it.
What is fair value of the farm in your eyes? Do you have siblings? Wife? Kids?

Sucks, but that is the way I see things going when it is not spelled out from the beginning.
Friends you get to choose relatives including parents you inherit when you are born, and they may have nothing in common in how you want your life to be other than they are related to you. I see more people get screwed by relatives than I do friends.
