After about 8 years working in Johnson Ia., She made back home and is now working with her husband and her cousin building a farm operation of their own. They've been building their land base over the last 10 years, and my brother and I are slowly turning rental ground over to them.
Both my brother and I felt strongly that they should be out on their own for several years before coming back to the farm.
When did you decide to pass the farm down?
