Long story short. We did custom work for another person. This person has failed to pay us and has been given ample time, more than a year. Checked into court/attorney and was told it only works if they have money to pay.

Judgement proof! I was once told by a person of such nature "go for it there's 7 others in line and if I ain't got nothing they can't take nothing" Needless to say that good deed didn't go unpunished but I've made it for 5 years with out it so I consider it a hard lesson learned. About a 8,000 deal.
