As I read the Bloomberg link, if you have med insurance, the average for those that filed bankruptcy(?), out of pocket med expense with no insurance was $26,000. The average WITH insurance was $17,000. Do I read those figures correctly? Those are the amounts that cause the personal bankruptcy? |
